About the role:

Our Client Success Team are crucial to providing our clients with an exceptional client experience.

Reporting to our Head of Client Success, our Service Delivery Managers are responsible for delivering the highest possible level of quality to our clients by managing the quality of our service delivery and the operational client relationships, ensuring all their expectations are exceeded.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee and govern the provision of client support services, delivery of projects, and client IT strategy. You will understand the requirements of your clients, their strategic business objectives, technical requirements and deadlines. Your remit will include ensuring that operational policies are followed and our clients’ business objectives are achieved with a focus on best practices and process improvement to ensure exceptional outcomes.

To be considered for this role you must be a proven Service Delivery Manager who is passionate about exceeding clients’ expectations, not afraid of a solid day’s work and happy to tackle new challenges head on!  Ideally you will have worked in an MSP and be familiar with the responsibilities of IT Service Delivery.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure projects are forecast appropriately and accurately
  • Assist in defining best practice in delivery, including templates, work plans, methodologies, and service delivery leadership
  • Lead customer meetings or facilitated strategy sessions, analyse processes, and recommend improvements, and opportunities
  • Drive and inspire the team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels, and working to an ethos of continuous improvement
  • Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ensuring agreed services are delivered against set service level agreements
  • Manage our technical teams to ensure services are delivered to meet client requirements.

You have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Service Delivery role
  • A strong technical background with working knowledge of:
    • - IT infrastructure
    • - Cloud technologies
    • - IT Roadmaps
  • An understanding of IT security would be highly regarded as well
