Our Systems Administrators are core to our provision of excellence to our clients in all our services. We rely on them to keep our clients educated on the cutting edge of cloud technologies and protect their environments from cyber security threats.

What will you be doing?

• Tackling security challenges across customer owned, IaaS, PaaS and SaaS environments
• Maintaining system infrastructure and troubleshooting issues
• Building, deploying & implementing both on-premise and cloud solutions
• Resolving escalated issues
• Mentoring/helping junior staff with more complex issues
• Identifying initiatives to improve efficiencies
• Work with 3rd party stakeholders to deliver more complex pieces of work

What experience and skills will you need?

• VMware vSphere Experience
• Intermediate Windows Server ('08 - '19) Experience
• Intermediate knowledge in Azure and Office365
• Intermediate Backup & Data recovery knowledge
• Intermediate understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN/Tunnelling, Routing, DNS)
• Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skill skills
• Exposure to cloud security platforms would be beneficial
